Canine Bowen Technique (CBT)
The Canine Bowen Technique is a ‘light-touch’ therapy offering dogs a gentle, it is non-invasive an effective hands-on technique which aims to promote healing, pain-relief and body/energy rebalancing.
We have had dogs in our family for as long as I can remember, from being a child right up to the present day. Dogs are a large part of our lives and I have seen on many occasions where Bowen Therapy has helped our own pets. One of our Lab's aged 8 has arthritis and she loves the benefits she has from a Bowen treatment and will happy come to me to treat her. One of the major principles of (CBT) Formerly (EGCBT)- is that is intended to be totally holistic, In other words, it “treats the body as a whole, without referral to named disease”.
Canine Bowen Technicians do not treat the veterinary-diagnosed disease or condition per se, but treat the dog, as they see it, on the day.
Important Notes
