When booking and planning your appointment, Please note

Appointment Booking, Deposits, Cancellations and Late Arrivals

Deposit Requirement, A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

If you fail to attend your appointment without providing the required notice, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling, If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice by telephone to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit or transfer of the deposit to a new appointment date.

Late Arrivals, Clients are asked to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your treatment if there is insufficient time to complete the service safely and effectively.

In such circumstances, your deposit may be retained, and a new deposit may be required to secure a future appointment.​

Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in the loss of the deposit. In addition, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment fee at your next appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as these policies help us manage our appointment schedule fairly and efficiently for all clients. MBP reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where deemed appropriate for health, safety, professional, or ethical reasons.

 

Reiki Attunements

It’s important to note that these attunements will not be conducted on consecutive days, as a 30-day cleanse is required after completing Reiki 1. This period allows for proper integration and healing, ensuring the best possible experience as you advance in your Reiki journey. Please be mindful of this timeline as you prepare for your next steps.

Reiki Master Practitioner / Teacher Fee upon request

This comprehensive 2-day course is designed for who have previously studied Reiki I or II. Please note that the course days are not consecutive. Students who have taken Reiki I or II with me will receive a £25 reduction on the Master course fee.
