Merseyside Bowen Practice
Could Bowen Help Me?
Bowen Technique is a soft tissue remedial therapy which involves the therapist using fingers and thumbs to move muscle over ligament, tendons, fascia and targeted parts of the body. This technique can be used to assist the relief from everyday stresses and help also revitalise the whole person.
Each Bowen Technique session varies according to the particular issues the client presents. By focusing on the lower & mid back and legs, the upper back, shoulders and neck, the aim is to create a sense of wellbeing , help relaxation, aid sleep and assist in removing everyday stress and anxiety, which may make us feel under-par or prevent us functioning to our optimum.
We always recommend people discuss their health concerns with their General Practitioner. If having done so you would like to consult a Bowen Technique practitioner, for further details of the technique.
